Nison use high quality materials, specially designed structures, and offer both patented and patent pending assembly systems that give Nison Greenhouses huge beneficial differences over other greenhouses on the market today.
All Nison Greenhouses are supplied with UV Layered Polycarbonate Boards, Matching Galvanised Steel Base, Thick Rubber Seals, Easy Fit Roof Vents, Sliding Single or Double Doors, Guttering and a Unique Assembly System. Add to this our 10 or 15 Year Frame Warranty, our superb range of accessories and a great after sales service, and you can see why Nison are the global leader within the global greenhouse market.
NISON ALUMINIUM GREENHOUSE FRAMES Nison use Aluminium Grade 6063 for all of their frames. This is the main aluminium alloy that is used within the building industry. The strength, design flexibility and corrosion resistance of this alloy is well in excess of the requirements of most major construction projects. By using this grade of aluminium, and our specially designed frame structures, our greenhouses offer longevity, high rigidity and stability and will maintain their new look for years. This is why Nison can offer longer warranties over other greenhouse manufacturers.
NISON POLYCARBONATE BOARD All Nison Greenhouses are supplied with Twin Wall Polycarbonate Board that is clear to let in more light and contains a full UV Layer across the outer surface offering complete protection against harmful rays. The Twin Wall structure spreads light over an area, unlike glass. Polycarbonate is fast becoming more favorable over glass as it is virtually unbreakable and is proven to be more efficient when it comes to insulation and heat radiation.
Nison supply Polycarbonate Board that is made using 70% New and 30% Recycled plastic. Many other Polycarbonate Greenhouses on the market supply PC Board that use only 20% New, 80% Recycled or at most 50/50. PC Boards using a higher recycled content are prone to discolour and crack more quickly in strong sunshine.
NISON GREENHOUSE BASES Each greenhouse model is supplied with a matching base that is manufactured using galvanized steel. This gives the greenhouse a sound foundation which increases stability and rigidity especially on uneven ground. Do I need a foundation? Always consider the level of shelter on the proposed site and other elemental hazards when looking at the need for foundations. You can sit the metal base on a concrete or slab foundation securing the base with screws or bolts.
The Nison Greenhouse Aquila Range uses Nison’s ‘Insert’ Assembly System, which has been designed to reduce the assembly time by 40% compared to other greenhouses, as well as to offer a more rigid and stable structure for greenhouses at this price level.
The Natural colour frames are assembled using a Slot & Slide system whereby the fixings are slotted freely through the centre of the frames allowing for easier movement of the components while assembling.
Once frames are in place and the fixings are tightened, the structure becomes solid, rigid and square allowing for simple insertion of the PC Boards.
The Polycarbonate boards are inserted into the frame runners and are held securely and firmly in place. This structure method substantially reduces potential draughts and the buildup of algae or moisture within the building.
This is a much stronger and secure structural design than conventional ‘W’ clips as used on other models within the market and overall gives a modern, but still traditional and aesthetically pleasing look.
Nison Pegasus Greenhouse Range
The Nison Greenhouse Pegasus Range uses Nison’s Patented ‘New Click’ System which has been designed to reduce the assembly time by up to 70% compared to other greenhouses, but also offers a rigid structure with a beautiful dark green finish on the frame.
Using the Slot & Slide system, the aluminium structure can be assembled with ease and the insertion of the Polycarbonate Boards is left until last and couldn’t be simpler to install.
The Polycarbonate boards are placed in to the frame structure and are held in place by an insert frame. The insert frame is clicked into place giving a tight and secure fitting. This structure will mean that the PC Board is recessed into the frame, virtually illuminating draughts or moisture within the building.
A huge advantage of the ‘New Click’ System is that the Polycarbonate Boards can be easily be removed at anytime to allow for cleaning or replacing without having to disassemble the greenhouse.
Double Doors, high ridge and eaves heights, gives the Pegasus Range a feeling of spaciousness and openness, but this just adds to the overall quality and robustness of this superb range
