Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and other cards using our secure payment provider NetBanx. PLEASE NOTE:- All Credit Card, Paypal and Debit Card Payments are debited before items are shipped. For 'Payment by Cheque' customers, goods will not be dispatched until funds are cleared in our bank We will normally dispatch your order to you within 5 business days after receipt of payment. If this is not possible we will contact you advising of a delivery date or offer a refund,

Charges for Carriage are for one way delivery. Additional deliveries (except back orders) and exchange deliveries will incur an additional shipping charge at the standard rate for your location.
A shipping charge is charged to all other destinations in Europe and the Rest of the World. If your country is not listed on the shipping options please contact our customer service team by email or by telephone and they will be able to assist in arranging shipment to your chosen destination.
Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order to you within 5 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 21 days. We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option of waiting for the item or changing to an alternative product. If this option is not acceptable we are happy to cancel the item or the complete order.

Returns Policy Return of goods will not be accepted in any circumstances without prior agreement from the seller. Please note that all requests for returns must be confirmed in writing either by email or by post. We will then issue a returns numbers so that when the goods arrive back to us we can identify who the products were purchased by and take the appropriate action. Your right to cancel is governed by the distance selling act 2000. Cancellation of your order will be accepted seven working days from commencement of the contract between the seller and the buyer and seven working days following receipt of the goods by the buyer. Notice of cancellation is required from the buyer to the seller in writing either by post or email. Written confirmation will then be forwarded to the buyer from the seller confirming the notice of cancellation and the buyer will be issued with an appropriate returns number. All goods returned must be in a brand new condition, this means that the goods and packaging should not have been used, opened or damaged. Certain products are unreturnable due to hygiene issues ie face masks, safety spectacles etc. The buyer is liable for any postage or carriage costs incurred returning the goods back to the seller. Goods that are returned by the buyer and inspected by the seller and are deemed to be in a used or damaged condition, will be returned to the buyer and a refund will not be issued.
The return of goods outside the of the seven working days as deemed by the Distance selling act 2000 will only be agreed to if the goods are in the original packing and are unused, and in this instance a standard restocking charge of 30% of the original invoice value will be applied. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are returning your goods for a refund your chosen payment method will be credited minus the standard shipping charge for your location.
